These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the 44tk platform, including the website, mobile browser interface, and any related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure. 44tk will never ask for your password via email, telephone, or any channel other than the Platform's own account recovery flow.

Deposits and Withdrawals

44tk supports a range of payment methods suited to players in Bangladesh. All financial transactions on the Platform are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳50. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though enhanced due diligence may apply for large transactions.

Prohibited Conduct

Accounts flagged by these systems may be subject to a temporary hold pending investigation. 44tk will always communicate the reason for any account restriction within a reasonable timeframe, subject to legal and operational constraints.

Account Suspension and Termination

44tk reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time if there is reasonable belief that the account is being used in breach of these Terms, or if continuing to provide services to that account would expose 44tk to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk. In the event of suspension, 44tk will endeavour to notify the account holder promptly and provide an opportunity to respond where this is legally and operationally possible.

If an account is closed by 44tk due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds at the time of closure will be forfeited. Any remaining real-money balance may be returned to the registered payment method after any outstanding investigation is concluded, at 44tk's discretion. Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the 44tk support team. Responsible gaming self-exclusion requests will be actioned within 24 hours.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 44tk Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio and video clips, data compilations, and software — is the property of 44tk or its content and technology suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform or its content without the express written permission of 44tk. You may access the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

44tk provides the Platform on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 44tk makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. 44tk does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 44tk's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into the Platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall limit 44tk's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Responsible Gaming

44tk is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity. These tools are available free of charge from the account settings section and include:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can add to your account.
